Due to the high volume of meeting requests we require all meetings to be scheduled to allow for preparation and custom resource creation. Please use the convenient form below to schedule your meeting.
Upon booking your appointment you will be required to enter payment information to secure your appointment. Your card will not be charged unless you no call/no show for your scheduled appointment.
APPOINTMENT POLICIES
Online Booking
To secure your appointment at Richard Merrill Consulting, we require a credit card to be placed on file. If you do not have a credit card to place on the file, you may purchase a reloadable gift card from Richard Merrill Consulting and reload it for your scheduling/purchasing needs. This policy offers professionals transparent pricing and no-hassle with checking out while eliminating the financial impact caused by missed appointments and late cancellations. Should you cancel within 48 hours of your scheduled appointment per our cancellation policy, your card on file will be charged 50% of the scheduled service fees.
Business Needs Assessment / Revenue Generating Activities
No later than 48 business hours prior to your scheduled appointment, you agree to complete the Business Needs Assessment or applicable Revenue Generating Activities assigned.
You understand that your appointment may be canceled and assessed the applicable fees should you not complete your assigned tasks or request a new appointment time at least 48 hours to your scheduled appointment.
Cancellation Policy
The time you schedule is reserved exclusively for you. When appointments are missed, or canceled with insufficient notice, we’re unable to fill the vacancy, causing substantial financial impact to the business. Should you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment with Richard Merrill Consulting, LLC, we request 48 hours' written notice. Cancellations with less than 48-hour notice will result in a charge equal to 50% of the scheduled service. If you’re unable to commit to appointments in advance we recommend messaging us and asking to be placed on the Wait List. Should an opening in our schedule occur you will receive a text message notification and will have the opportunity to reserve that time exclusively for you.
Appointment Discounts
First Time Appointments will be complimentary. The discount will be applied to your service at the conclusion of your initial appointment. Clients enrolled in one of the Richard Merrill Consulting programs will use the corresponding accountability session to schedule/reschedule all meetings and calls, applicable discounts will be applied at the session completion. Complimentary calls for first-time guests are subject to the cancellation fee if proper notice is not provided. You may be offered the option to forfeit your complimentary call in lieu of the cancellation fee one time.
Late Arrivals
We do not extend service times or issue refunds for late arrivals. Arriving more than 15 minutes late for your service will result in its cancellation and the application of a fee equal to 50% of the scheduled service price.
Service/Program Sales are Final
To ensure the most favorable outcome, we perform thorough consultations that require your participation and honest feedback. All service and digital program sales and deposits are final. Due to the digital receipt of items, no refunds or store credit will be provided.
Retail Refund/Exchange Policy
It is our pleasure to provide you with a store credit within ten days of a retail purchase if the product is accompanied by the original receipt and remains sealed, unopened, and unused. Open items are considered contaminated therefore ineligible for returns or exchanges.
Conditionally, open cosmetic products and devices may be returned for store credit within 10 days of purchase should you have an adverse reaction. However, this is contingent upon an additional scheduled consultation to review product usage and home care regimen.
Right to Refuse Service
The professionals at Richard Merrill Consulting, LLC reserve the right to refuse services at their discretion and dismiss disruptive or abusive clients when necessary.
Duty to Inform
Your full disclosure during all pre-service consultations is mandatory. Richard Merrill Consulting, LLC will not assume responsibility for your adverse reactions suffered when a client has failed to inform us of contraindicating conditions.
Additionally, individual results may vary, and testimonials are not claimed to represent typical results. All testimonials are real participants, may not reflect the typical purchaser's experience, and are not intended to represent or guarantee that anyone will achieve the same or similar results.
Scope of Practice Policy
In your perspective state, state law prohibits salon and spa professionals from diagnosing or treating clients with contraindicated medical conditions. Should you partner or agree to work with Richard Merrill Consulting, LLC, you agree to comply with the appropriate scope of practice rules and regulations in your governing state, including; when determining clients who are ineligible for service, you agree to refer them to an appropriate professional: legal counsel, certified professional accountant or physician. When your client's condition has been resolved, or your client has a written release clearing them for continued service, only then will you allow them to reschedule their appointment.
